Customized Workout Program
Who this is for:
- Intermediate to advanced lifters who have experience following a workout program
- Individuals who do not need weekly check-ins to stay accountable
- Individuals with performance based goals
What it includes:
- One month of programming that is customized to you, your goals, access to equipment, level of experience, and availability to train. This generally looks like 1 week of workouts which you follow for 4-6 weeks.
- One check-In at the end of the month to assess progress.
- Photo guide which includes all exercises that are programmed. If a video is required to show proper movement, that will be sent to you along with your program.
What I specialize in:
- Muscle gain (hypertrophy)
- Fat loss
- Functional training
- Strength and conditioning
- Sport-specific programming (please inquire about your specific sport prior to purchase)
Please note that I DO NOT offer programming for competitive powerlifting or physique competitions.
Read before purchasing: This is NOT coaching. It is a workout program that is customized to you and your goals. At the end of the month, there will be 1 check in via email in which we will go over your progress as it pertains to your goals. If you would like another month of programming, I will ask additional questions at the end of month check in to prepare the following month of workouts. This product does NOT include nutritional guidance.
