A fully customized training program based on your goals, your training experience, your schedule, and access to equipment.
A photo guide demonstrating each exercise written for you, along with tips of success.
Customized macros, along with a guide explaining how to track macros.
A warm up and cool down guide
Weekly check ins. Check ins an in-depth summary of how the week went and progress checks via photos and measurements.
Text access to your trainer (me!) every day of the week.
Form feedback on exercise.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, questionnaire, and receipt. Please fill out the questionnaire and email it to me. I will ask follow up questions if needed. Once all information has been gathered, please allow up to 72 hours for your program to be created and sent to you.
