Welcome to my Mini Summer Challenge!

This is a ONE MONTH Challenge!
Challenge BEGINS Monday May 27 and ENDS Sunday June 23!
4 weeks of workouts that get more challenging every 2 weeks.
2 check ins - one at the halfway point and one at the end of the challenge
Customized macros with a macro tracking guide, tips for success, and list of foods that are a good way to fill your macros
- Photos and tips are provided for each exercise included in the program
Email support -- although there will only be 2 check ins, I can answer any questions you have along the way about diet, exercise and staying on track
The workouts consist of hypertrophy training, circuit training, steady state cardio and high intensity cardio
The workouts can be done by beginners and experienced lifters

PROGRAMS WILL BE SENT 1-3 DAYS BEFORE THE CHALLENGE BEGINS
